Winding Down a Workout

By its very nature, a strenuous workout depletes the body’s natural supply of hydration. You can tell it’s been a successful run or trip to the gym if you return home parched and drenched in sweat. The question becomes: What’s the best way to hydrate quickly and efficiently?

Through a long, arduous process of trial and error, I finally came upon the Vitalizer Plus, a unique system that turns purified water into structured water. The appliance adds minerals to the water for a healthy effect that’s detectable at first taste. I’ve yet to find a better way to restore my body’s energy. A refreshing drink of water from the Vitalizer Plus has become an essential part of my workout routine.

Getting Healthy Water in the City

One of the things that not many new apartment dwellers consider is how their tap water is going to taste. While people love the convenience offered by living in the heart of a major city, they might not always think of the downsides. And one of those major downsides is poor quality tap water. Water in the city is notoriously bad and not just in the way it tastes. After all, bad tasting water is usually indicative of something more serious at play.

For example, bad tasting water can include many dangerous chemicals and additives. This means that if you’re trying to be smart and drink water for health reasons, you could actually be creating some counterproductive results. Therefore, if you want pure drinking water in your apartment, make sure that you invest in a high quality and proven water filtration system. These come in many different varieties, so you can choose the one that best suits your needs and budget.

Health Benefits of Hexagonal Water

If you’re interested in the diverse and varied world of water filtration, you are probably aware of many of the different ways you can spin, filter, and otherwise alter your water to receive the best results. But if you haven’t put any time or effort into this endeavor, you might never have heard of hexagonal water. This is sometimes known as structured water, as it has six sided molecules. This is opposed to unstructured water, which has five-sided molecules.

Many people tout the benefits of hexagonal water, and these benefits include an increased metabolism and a higher functioning immune system. And if you’re trying to lose weight, this is particularly helpful as it might even alleviate cravings for sweets in some people. Some even believe that this water can improve your overall stamina, which is why athletes are turning to this kind of water for training purposes.

With Water, You’re Better Safe than Sorry

With Water, You’re Better Safe than Sorry

There are many different options in the world of water filtration. Some people prefer filtering their water through an external water filter, while others opt for fluoride filters to be installed under their sinks. But whatever drinking water system you prefer, it’s important to ensure that your water is the cleanest it can be. There is much debate over which type of filtration system is best for chemicals, germs, or other unwanted contaminants. But again, the important thing is that ultimately you receive clean water.

Contaminated water can come through the tap at any location. It doesn’t matter which state you live in or the neighborhood where you reside. There’s no guarantee that your water is going to be clean. It’s a classic case of being better safe than sorry. Even if you feel like your water is clean, there’s no harm running it through a filter first. Some people have recently become concerned about the removal of fluoride and other beneficial minerals with water filtration, and if this is the case with you, just make sure your toothpaste is infused with fluoride.

The Key to a Healthy Diet

The Key to a Healthy Diet

While many diet enthusiasts will talk a lot about carbohydrate intake and foods that are rich in antioxidants, there’s nothing more important to our diet than water. A person can potentially survive for weeks without food, but cutting a person off from water will kill them in a matter of days. While there’s some debate about exactly how much water you’re supposed to have in any given day (the standard ideal of eight glasses receiving some opposition), there is one thing that everyone can agree on—clean drinking water is essential.

If you want to ensure that your diet is properly filled with clean water, look into installing a home water filtration system. In a convenient and easy way, this makes sure your tap yields clean water every time. After all, if you don’t like the taste of your tap water or if it’s brown and murky, you’re a lot less likely to drink water at all. You’ll probably opt instead for pop, juice, or coffee. But you’d be surprised at how much healthier you’d feel at the end of the month if you replaced these high sugar, high caffeine products with natural water.

purewaterfiltersmultistate-hydratedmineralwater.jpgWhen you’re choosing a new water filter for your kitchen sink you may be confused by the wide variety available. There are so many brands and varieties choosing just one can be more of a hassle than a pleasure. No one wants to be haunted by question of water quality. Countless chemicals and toxins invade our water supply everyday, so getting the right kitchen sink water filter is of the utmost importance. Here are some tips to follow when choosing pure water filters:

* Not all filters are created equal. Reverse osmosis filters, for example, remove all minerals from the water. And doctors recommend that people drink water with minerals.
* Multi-stage filtration systems have carbon filters to remove chlorine, parasites, and lead, but leave in the valuable minerals our bodies need.
* Multi-stage filters are also environmentally friendly, wasting no water and requiring no electricity.

If Your Health Is Your Number One Priority You’ll Filter Your Water

Thursday, February 05, 2009

water filtration systemPure water is known to be beneficial to a person’s health and well-being.  If the water source in your home is a well, then some form of water filtration system should be used.  Many contaminants found in untreated water can potentially harm you.  Chemicals that are not necessarily considered harmful can still stain your teeth or cause your water to taste and smell horrible.  So if you suspect that your water is possibly contaminated, it would be wise to install a water filtration system in your home.

Some reasons to use a filtration system:

1. If your water’s odor and taste is unpleasant
2. If your water is considered “hard” or cannot clean easily
3. If your water source is a well or a municipal water facility
4. If there is a high level of chlorine found in your water
5. If your house and plumbing system is old

Be Sure About The Purity Of Water

Be Sure About The Purity Of Water

If you are unsure of the quality of drinking water in your home, you might want to purchase an R-Garden pure water system.  This pure water filtration system has a ceramic and activated carbon filter to ensure that your water is free from any sediments and bacteria.  So you and your family are safe from any water borne disease.

This unique system holds holds 2 gallons of purified water and utilizes multiple layers to remove sediments, chlorine, rust, bacteria, heavy metals, and organic chemicals, pesticides, detergents, and other pollutants by allowing water to flow through four different filtration layers. Gravity rather than forced flow maximizes filtration time and allows water to migrate naturally through multiple layers of filtering media.  Slow gravity controlled water percolation encourages natural spiraling of the water which adds energy as contaminants are removed. The dimensions of the R-Garden Pure Water System are 22″ high x 12″ in diameter.  It is portable so you can take it everywhere.
